Below are five highlighted features of the TCL Super Drum C682:

1. The Ultra-Large 540mm Super Drum - The C682 features a 540mm drum diameter, which is larger than many standard washing machine drums. The design is intended to reduce fabric friction and tangling during washes. TCL states the larger size allows for more effective water and detergent penetration and can accommodate bulkier items like comforters, potentially reducing the number of wash cycles for large households.
2. DD Inverter Motor Technology (Direct Drive) - This model utilizes a Direct Drive Inverter Motor, eliminating the traditional belt system. According to TCL, this design aims to reduce vibration and noise during operation and may extend the machine's lifespan due to fewer moving parts. The inverter technology is also described as optimizing energy use based on load size and cycle selection.
3. Smart Control and Auto Dosing - The machine includes an automatic dosing system that uses sensors to calculate detergent and softener amounts based on load size and soil level. It also offers connectivity through the TCL Home app, allowing users to control cycles, receive notifications, and download wash programs remotely.
4. Steam Wash + ActiveFresh Function - A steam wash function uses high-temperature steam to sanitize fabrics by targeting bacteria, allergens, and dust mites. TCL states it can also reduce wrinkles in clothing. The ActiveFresh function is designed to circulate air in the drum to prevent odors and moisture buildup if laundry is not removed immediately after a cycle.
5. Ocean Wave Pattern - The drum interior features an upgraded ocean-wave pattern design. TCL states that this pattern is suitable for large-diameter drums and is designed to enhance cleaning results while being gentle on fabrics.

The TCL Super Drum C682 is available in two color variants: white, exclusively at SM Appliance stores, and gray, available at authorized TCL dealers.
