Both models are designed for hands-free operation and are built around what Infinix describes as a dual-chip architecture.

The flagship AI GLASSES Pro pairs a 6nm main system-on-a-chip with a dedicated image signal processor. The company states this configuration is intended to manage power consumption and processing loads separately to extend battery life and improve imaging performance.

Imaging and Core Features

The AI GLASSES Pro is equipped with a 12MP ultra-wide camera with a 109-degree field of view. It supports 1080p video recording and can capture still photos in 0.7 seconds. The device uses AI-based algorithms for tasks such as high dynamic range (HDR) processing, low-light noise reduction, and video stabilization.

A voice-activated assistant named "Folax" allows users to control functions like photography and music playback through spoken commands. The glasses also offer real-time visual analysis, which can interpret text from objects like menus or signs.

A highlighted software feature is a translation system that works across 169 languages, a capability derived from technology recognized at the 2024 Conference on Machine Translation. The glasses can also transcribe voice recordings and calls in real time.

Design and Audio

The AI GLASSES Pro frame is constructed from TR90 memory nylon and stainless steel, with hinges rated for 60,000 open-close cycles. It has an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance and weighs 35 grams. Audio is delivered through an open-ear speaker system with five drivers and environmental noise cancellation.

Infinix claims the glasses provide over 14 hours of battery life, which can be extended using an accompanying wireless charging case that holds multiple charges.

Standard Model details

The more affordable AI GLASSES model shares the Pro version’s translation and transcription capabilities. It is an audio-centric device with over 10 hours of claimed music playback, an IP54 rating, and comes with three interchangeable frame styles. Two of the included frames feature UV400 protective lenses.

The Infinix AI GLASSES Series is scheduled for release in 2026. Final pricing and market availability will be announced at a later date.
