Confirmed: 5G-ready nubia Neo 5 Series gaming phones to launch in the Philippines on March 28!

On its official social media pages, nubia Philippines confirmed that the nubia Neo 5 Series will launch in the country soon.

In particular, the Chinese tech giant said that the nubia Neo 5 5G, nubia Neo 5 Pro 5G, and nubia Neo 5 GT 5G will go official in the Philippines on March 28, 2026, in a public event at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall.

According to the company, the launch will feature "exciting" activities, live entertainment, and exclusive event-only smartphone bundles.

What to expect with the nubia Neo 5 Series?

First showcased at the MWC 2026, the nubia Neo 5 Series phones are 5G-ready and gaming-focused devices equipped with built-in fans and a refreshed flat design—features rarely seen in the mid-range market.

So far, we only have the key specs of the nubia Neo 5 GT. The handset features a Mecha Design with RGB lighting and an active cooling fan with "Through-Flow Duct Design" to maintain optimal performance, even during extended and demanding gaming sessions.

Inside, it has the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor and the NeoTurbo Engine to ensure stable high frame rates.

The device also has a 360-degree Game Antenna for reliable connectivity, particularly when gaming. Moreover, it has the 550Hz Neo Triggers 5.0 with console-like control.

The display is also impressive. The handset uses a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and 4,500 nits brightness.

Moreover, it has an "e-sports-level AI Game Space 5.0" for game management and performance settings. It even has an exclusive AI Copilot Demi 2.0 tech with a personal gaming coach, real-time tips, and an AI Chatbot for gameplay queries or automated message replies.

Apart from gaming, the handset features a 50MP AI Triple Rear camera and a 16MP Front Camera.
