OPPO Pad Mini now official: Compact 8.8-inch 144Hz 2.5K screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, 8,000mAh battery

Apart from the Find X9 Ultra, OPPO recently launched the Pad Mini.

As the name suggests, the OPPO Pad Mini is the company's compact Android tablet of the year.

To make it even better for those who prefer an easy-to-carry tablet, the company loaded it with pretty high-end specs.

The OPPO Pad Mini arrived in a compact and slim metal-clad body measuring 194.38 x 132.38 x 5.39~5.46mm, weighing just 279 grams.

In front, it features an 8.8-inch Flexible AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 2.5K 2520 x 1680 resolution at 344 ppi. 

OPPO claims it has DeltaE≈0.7 (Golden) color accuracy, 600 nits of peak brightness, and 2.99mm-thin bezels.

The display also has TÜV Rheinland Smart Eye Protection and Anti‑Reflection certifications.

It is also compatible with the OPPO Pencil 3 Pro stylus pen.

Inside, this tablet is powered by the 3.8GHz 3nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 octa-core processor with Adreno GPU. This comes with 12GB RAM LPDDR5X and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 internal storage.

The tablet also has a large 8,000mAh battery and Type-C 67W fast charging.

Other features include a 13MP main camera, 8MP selfie camera, stereo speakers, and WiFi 7 2x2 MIMO.

Sensors included are proximity, ambient light, color temperature, electronic compass, acceleration sensor, gyroscope, and hall.

The tab runs on Android 16 OS with AI-boosted ColorOS 16 skin.
