This time, popular leaker Digital Chat Station claims one of Apple's battery suppliers just certified a paired set—hinting at a foldable iPhone, since such devices use split batteries by design.

The capacity? It's a split of 1,921mAh and 2,962mAh, a total of 4,883mAh. Normally, battery capacities that size are advertised as 5,000mAh.

In comparison, this is higher than what Samsung used on the Z Fold 7, but lower than the OPPO Find N6 with 6,000mAh and vivo X Fold 6 with 7,000mAh.

To recap, Apple's rumored iPhone 18 Fold (aka iPhone 18 Ultra) dummy unit suggests a compact Passport‑like design with split batteries, dual cameras, and a "crease-free" tablet‑style unfolded screen.

It is expected to be powered by the alleged upcoming A20 Pro chip.

Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone Ultra this September alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, with recent reports dismissing earlier delay rumors.
