Home Credit launches My Home Credit App

Home Credit Philippines officially launched an app where you can track and monitor the status of your Home Credit loans. The app is called My Home Credit.

Ever since it's pilot launch it has been downloaded 214,000 times through the Android Play Store. The app itself was developed by Global Fintech. It is an said to be an effective way of extending their service to their 2 million clients nationwide.

Your bill will be sent to your device so no more paper bills. You will also be notified about due dates and receipts via the push notification feature.

It is like having a digital loan assistant found in your pocket. You can get an overview of your loans, status and modes of payment and more.

The Home Credit app team also added a chat feature for customers who prefer non-voice customer service.

In the near future, they are also looking to add online loan application and online payments as a feature in the app.
