Riders will also get their reimbursements in 20 days, LFTRB noted.
Asked for the company's comment, Public Affairs Head Leo Gonzales said Grab will provide one once it has "fully studied and analyzed the matter" with its legal team.
LFTRB in April suspended the firm's extra-charge scheme as it was unveiled that Grba failed to inform its riders about it.
Following this suspension, Grab found a way in June to subsidize fares. It stressed the order hurt its accredited drivers' profit.
Grab faced a number of issues from the government after acquiring its rival Uber in April.
