Samsung just made two new budget smartphones official for the Philippine market, the Galaxy J4+ and the Galaxy J6+.

Inside, both are powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core processor. Both also shared the same 3,300mAh battery capacity.

But, they have few notable differences. Galaxy J4+ comes with 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB expandable storage. The Galaxy J6+ has a 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB storage options.
Update: We will get the 2GB RAM/16GB ROM for the Galaxy J4+ and 3GB RAM/32GB ROM for the Galaxy J6+.
The Galaxy J4+ also has the single camera at the back. It has a 13MP f/1.9 shooter. For selfies it has the 5MP f/2.2 front camera.
On the other hand, the Galaxy J6+ has the better cameras. It has the 13MP f/1.9 + 5MP f/2.2 dual-camera setup at the back and an 8MP f/1.9 selfie shooter.
As expected, it has the Live Focus feature for cool bokeh effects.
The rest of the specs are identical. Both has the same side-mounted fingerprint sensor, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz), 4G LTE Cat 4, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou.
The new phones by Samsung also has a gyroscope, geomagnetic, hall, light, and proximity sensors. They measure at 161.4 x 76.9 x 7.9 mm and weighs at 178 grams.
The smartphones will be available any Samsung-authorized store nationwide beginning October 13.
