With the dawn of 5G creeping in, Samsung laid down their end to end 5G solutions. 5G is expected to be 20 times faster than 4G with minimal latency. They also said that once 5G is established widely, network congestion might be a thing of the past.

With a blazing fast network, a capable device must be used. That is why they announced the Galaxy S10 5G. It is touted as a "Hyper Fast" variant of the Galaxy S10. It will feature a huge 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a 4,500mAh battery. It also has a 256GB storage and 8GB of RAM.

It will also have 4 rear cameras. The 4th sensor is for 3D depth function for better AR performance and better Live Focus.

This is bigger than the Galaxy S10+ that has a 6.4-inch screen and a 4,100mAh battery. The beefier batter must be an answer to the 5G modems power requirement as these are fairly new and can face efficiency problems.

A big battery needs a powerful charger. The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G will be able to support 25W Super Fast Charging. You can also use the back of the device for Wireless PowerShare as well.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is expected to be an exclusive device for Verizon in the US. There are no pricing announced yet and global availability dates are not unveiled either. We will update you as soon as we have more information.
