Huawei answers questions, confirms Android Q update to a lot of its devices

In the middle of US Government's ban on Huawei, the Chinese tech titan debunked a lot of rumors involving its future. It also claimed that Google's Android Q is coming to a lot of its devices in the near future.

Huawei answers questions

The company debunked rumors stating that Android will not work anymore on Huawei devices.

Huawei said that anyone who has already bought, or is about to buy a their smartphones, can continue to access the all the Android apps as they have always done.

Huawei also assured its customers that all Huawei smartphones and tablets will continue to receive security patches and Android updates.

All devices are covered by covered by manufacturer's warranty and will receive full service support if needed.

Basically, Huawei is saying that all of their smartphones and tablets will continue to function as they currently do.


The company is also confident that a lot of their devices will be able to access Android Q. In fact, the company has already begun the technical preparations and testing to over 17 devices.

Lastly, Huawei said that it will continue to sell smartphones and they will continue to invest in research and development to give us the best possible innovations and smartphone experience.
