With Kirin 810 inside |
Dubbed as the Honor 9X, the company revealed that it will be powered by the newly announced Kirin 810 processor.
A mid-ranger with pretty powerful chip soon
Kirin 810 is the same chip found with the new Nova 5 phone by Huawei. Kirin 810 is the first mid-range chip based on the flagship 7nm manufacturing process.
It uses 2x Cortex-A76 clocked at 2.27GHz and 6 Cortex-A55 cores with a lower 1.88GHz clock speed. It also goes with the Mali-G52 MP6 GPU with a 162 percent faster performance than Kirin 710 and Huawei's Da Vinci Architecture based on Rubik’s Cube Quantitative Stereo Arithmetic Unit.
Other than that, we do not know the rest of the missing details yet.
