Realme X family announced, a mid-ranger with pop-up selfie cam and 48MP main cam!

Along with the realme 3i, realme announced the realme X in India. It's the first smartphone of the company with a 16MP pop-up selfie camera and a 48MP main camera.

Realme X features a 6.53-inch display with 19:5:9 screen aspect ratio and 91.2 percent of screen-to-body ratio. The result, it has slim bezels.

It also highlights the Goodie powered In-Display fingerprint sensor. According to realme, it is faster than older-gen In-Display fingerprint scanners.

Under the hood, it runs with the 10nm Snapdragon 710 octa-core chip just like the realme 3 Pro. It goes with 4GB/8GB RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The storage is not expandable though.

The battery is also lesser than the 4,045mAh of realme 3 Pro. It goes with 3,765mAh battery. For us, it is still ample. It even has a 20W VOOC 3.0 flash charge support.

For the cameras, it used the 48MP Sony IMX568 + 5MP dual-camera setup behind and 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor in front.

In India, the price of the realme X starts at INR 16,999 (around PHP 12.6K) for the 4GB RAM/128GB storage version. The 8GB RAM/128GB edition is priced at INR 19,999 (around PHP 14.8K).

Realme X will be available from July 18 in India.

The realme X Master Edition designed by Naoto Fukasawa in onion and garlic colors with 8GB RAM/128GB storage is priced at INR 19,999 (around PHP 14.8K) as well. The realme X Spider-Man Far From Home Gift Box retails for INR 20,999 (around PHP 15.6K).

The Master Edition and Spider-Man Far From Home Gift Box will be available in August.
