PayMaya now accepted in TOTAL Alabang

Alabang car-owners and commuters can now pay for gas, convenience store items, and pre-packaged meals without using cash. TOTAL starts its partnership with PayMaya in its head service station in Alabang.

Road to Cashless Philippines

Cashless payments will be processed in TOTAL Alabang through the all-in-one payments device called One by PayMaya, and the e-walled app via PayMaya QR. This is only just the beginning since TOTAL is planning to implement this cashless payment solution in other branches nationwide.

During the kick-off Mike Esquivel, TOTAL (Philippines) Corporation Assistant Vice President for Retail Business declared:

Our strategic partnership with PayMaya in enabling customers with cashless payments is one of our significant initiatives as we continue to innovate our fuel products and energy solutions, on top of the overall customer experience improvements in our stations. We are grateful to offer our customers the benefits of cashless payments so they can easily pay for purchases on the go, starting here at our station in Alabang.

PayMaya Head of Enterprise Business, Mar Lazaro said that this payment acceptance solution will not only bring convenience to customers but also efficiencies in TOTAL’s business operations. This partnership is part of their strategy in building "Cashless Philippines" so that customers can enjoy digital payments. These transactions are made more convenient and safer for both customers and staff.  It eliminates the worry of handling cash on the consumer side the staff can receive the exact amount for payment.

The One By PayMaya Business terminals are certified by ATEX, passing the EU standards for health and safety in gas stations. These same payment terminals will also be designated in Bonjour Store and in Bonjour Café.

Customers can now pay using PayMaya for their travel necessities in Bonjour Store while satisfying their cravings for coffee and pastries at The Bonjour Café. 

Soon, PayMaya will also be available to other TOTAL branches.
