Huawei Watch GT2 comes in 42mm and 46mm versions with 5ATM water-resistance for up to 50 meters. It is available in Sport, Classic, and Elite editions for the 46mm variant. The 42mm version highlights the Sport, Classic, and Elegant editions.

The 42mm version highlights s 1.2-inch circular AMOLED display with 390 x 390 resolution while the 46mm edition sports a 1.39-inch circular AMOLED display with 454 x 454 resolution.

Both now have the sexier-looking 3D curved bezel-less watch face. It has an option for the always-on mode as well.

Inside, it is powered by the new Kirin A1 chipset for wearables. The company said that it can also store up to 500 songs that you can use in your workouts.

It has Bluetooth 5.1 BLE/BR/EDR and GPS. It also highlights a lot of sensors like accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic, optical heart rate, light, air pressure, and capacitive.

The watch now has a microphone and speaker that you can use for Bluetooth calling. It simply means that you can now use the phone to answer calls even if it is 150 meters away.

Watch GT 2 also has heart rate tracking with TruSeen 3.5, sleep monitoring, TruRelax, and all-day activity tracking.

You will also find 15 workout modes including running, hiking, walking, cycling, and swimming, and more.

The battery life is still strong. Huawei said that it can last for 14 days of 2 weeks on casual usage like the original Watch GT.

For Bluetooth calling, Huawei said that it can last for 10 hours. On GPS mode, you can enjoy using it for 30 hours. With music playback, it has up to 24 hours of battery life.

Huawei Watch GT 2 42mm is priced at EUR 229 (around PHP 13.3K). The larger 46mm edition retails for EUR 249 (around PHP 14.3K).

Both will be available for shipping in October. There's no word yet when will it go official here in the Philippines.
