UNISOC releases Tiger T618 and T710 12nm chips with Cortex-A75 cores!

Under its "Tiger" branding, UNISOC has recently introduced two mid-range chips that could good for mid-range-grade performance and photography, T618 and T710.

UNISOC is making a move!

Both are based on the 12nm manufacturing process feature ARM's Cortex-A75 cores similar to MediaTek's impressive Helio P90 chips.

UNISOC Tiger T618 highlights 2x 2.0GHz Cortex-A75 power cores and 6x 1.8GHz Cortex-A55 efficiency cores. It is paired with the Mali-G52 MP2 GPU and Image Engine Vivimagic 5.0 with tri-core ISP.

UNISOC stated that it supports 48MP cameras with improved image processing algorithms and AI tuning tools. IT supports wide-angle, ultra wide-angle, and telephoto cameras at the same time with non-delay switching.

For connectivity, it has 4G LTE with VoLTE support and six wireless radio modes: TDD-LTE / FDD-LTE/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/CDMA2000/GSM.

On the other hand, the UNISOC Tiger T710 is the higher-end chip with a dedicated AI chip. It uses 4x Cortex-A75 cores, 4x Cortex-A55 cores, and a dual-core NPU for AI applications.

According to UNISOC, it is designed to accelerate AI application and advancement in medical care, education, and many other industries.
