The surprise move that will replace Ukyo Kodachi's duties will take effect on the next chapter of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations November chapter in V Jump.

Kishimoto is back!

The first Tweet said that the production team will change as planned starting Chapter 52. The committee also thanked Kodachi for all his hard work on writing the story.

Kodachi also Tweeted confirming his official departure from the series. He then urged everyone to continue to support Boruto even more in Kishimoto's hands. He also thanked everyone who supported him for the current 13 volumes of Boruto manga as well as Kishimoto and manga artist Mikio Ikemoto.

Kishimoto, on the other hand, thanked Kodachi for all the hard work he's put into building the world of Boruto.

To recall, Boruto is a spin-off and a sequel to Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto. Boruto is Naruto's first child. Similar to Naruto, Boruto has an anime adaptation.

The manga and anime received mixed reviews. Some like it. Some find it boring compared to Naruto.
