To recap, the realme 8 phones were officially revealed to the public in a special live stream featuring Kathryn Bernardo last May 11 on the realme Philippines Facebook page and YouTube channel. realme said that since then, the brand generated a "staggering" amount of pre-orders for the new handsets.

The company noted that its success can be attributed to the "elevated" features of the realme 8 and realme 8 Pro for its camera features that could be helpful in this content creation day.

realme also implemented a PHP 1,000 off the SRP during the flash sale last May 12.

The realme 8 phones are still available in all comm platforms, concept stores, kiosks, and partner dealers nationwide. These phones can also be availed at Home Credit at 6 or 9-month installment plans for the realme 8 Pro, and at a 6-month installment plan for the realme 8, all at 0 percent interest. Installment plans for major credit cards are also available.

realme 8 Pro is one of the very few with a 108MP main shooter under PHP 20,000.
