The bid posted here was submitted on August 19, 2021. The bid includes 17 desktop computers and 11 laptops. There was also a bid dated May 29, 2021, for 25 desktop computers and 11 laptops for a contract price of PHP 1,814,800. What are the technical specs for these laptops and desktops though?

The desktop PC will be bundled with a 23.8-inch 1920 x 1080 anti-glare screen. Inside, it has an unspecified Intel Core i7 processor, an unspecified 4GB VRAM GPU, 8GB 2,666MHz DDR4 RAM, 1TB 7200 RPM HDD + 256GB SSD Boot drive + 256GB SSD + 1TB 5,400RPM. It may be a typo but they are also requiring a built-in webcam for the desktop PC as well. A 3-year warranty is also included in the requirement as well.

The laptop's specifications include a 15.6-inch 4K UHD AMOLED screen, 4.7GHz 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor, Intel Iris Xe GPU, 16GB RAM, a 4 x 4 SSD system with a mix of 256GB to 1TB NVMe SSDs.

There's also a second batch of specs that requires a 14-inch FHD IPS anti-glare touch screen, a 4-core processor, Intel UHD graphics, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and 720p HD camera with microphone and privacy shutter.

To be included in the bundle is Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro, Microsoft Office 2019, an Anti-Virus software with a 1-year subscription, and a 3-year warranty service.

If we compute these bids, the DOH will be spending around PHP 61K per PC and around PHP 69K per laptop.
