Alongside the new iPad mini, Apple also launched the iPad (2021).

The new and improved iPad is now official

The new iPad sports a 10.2-inch LCD Retina display (2160 x 1620) at 264 ppi and True Tone due to its newly upgraded ambient light sensor.

Under the hood, it is powered by the 7nm Apple A13 Bionic chip which is 20 percent faster than the previous generation. It is available in 64GB and 256GB options, 32.4WHr LiPo battery, and can be charged by a Lightning to USB-C 20W Power Adapter.

For cameras, it uses a single 12MP ultra-wide-angle shooter with Center Stage.

With Apple Pencil 1st generation support

It also has Touch ID, stereo speakers, Apple Pencil 1st generation support, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, and new iPadOS 15 with a new widget layout, portrait mode for FaceTime, and many more.

The device measures 250.6 x 174.1 x 7.5 mm and weighs 487 g (WiFi) or 498 g (WiFi + Cellular).

The device is available in Silver and Space Grey colorways.
