Micromax announced a new budget smartphone dubbed the IN 2C which has a big battery and 12nm UNISOC processor.

A new budget contender!

The new handset strikes a stylish design on its rear cover it has colors of either Silver or Brown with a noticeable sun ray-like reflection around its camera bump. While at the bottom you'll find the "iN" logo. On the front, you'll see the traditional notch display, slim bezels on the side, and a chin bezel below.

This device is using a wide 6.52-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution.

Just like other affordable phones, it is also using the 12nm UNISOC T610 chipset with Mali-G52 GPU MP2 and is paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB expandable memory.

It also got a big battery with a size of 5,000mAh and supports 10W USB-C charging.

The Micromax IN 2C has a dual-camera setup, it is using an 8MP main and coupled with unspecified MP for depth shooting. Meanwhile, its front-facing shooter uses 5MP.

For connectivity, it has 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The software runs Android 11 with a near-stock version experience out of the box.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

Micromax IN 2c - INR 8,499 (around PHP 5.7K)

Currently, it is also offered in a limited price cut of INR 7,499 or around PHP 5.1K while the open sales will begin on May 1st in India. No word yet if it will be available in other markets.
