Globe announces 1st Pokemon UNITE Tournament in the Philippines!

Globe and The Pokemon Company have partnered together to bring its first-ever MOBA-themed tournament to the Philippines.

Pokemon UNITE Philippines Open 2022 tournament!

As a recap, the game comprises 5 vs 5 players who will pick their designated Pokemons with different abilities to gather points and push towers as the main objective to win the game.

The said competition will be called Pokemon UNITE Philippines Open 2022 and will have a huge total prize pool amounting to PHP 1 million pesos.

The prize pool's breakdown

To participate, interested teams must have at least 5 members and should register through this link from July 3 until July 25, 2022, only.

Registration for qualifiers

Globe says the qualifiers will begin on July 27 to August 3, while the top 8 teams from it will proceed to the playoffs and Finals on August 12 and 13.
