Ingram Micro recently presented its first hybrid event, the "13est Workplace Ever 13th Anniversary Celebration," in the Hilton Manila Grand Ballroom to commemorate its 13 years in the Philippines. The event recognized three consecutive years of recognition as one of Great Place to Work's Best Workplaces in the Philippines as well as more than a decade of Filipino brilliance and unwavering dedication to helping businesses "Realize the Promise of Technology."

The month-long celebration, which had a variety show theme, started in May and came to a close with the hybrid anniversary celebration in June. Employees took advantage of giveaways and performances by OPM icon Bamboo and Unique Salonga at the Robi Domingo-hosted event. A campaign called Greatness Anywhere was also launched by Ingram Micro Philippines to highlight their dedication to being a Great Place to Work in the middle of the workplace change brought on by the effects of COVID-19.

With sales in 200 nations across 6 continents, Ingram Micro has the ability to service 90 percent of the world's population as a leader in technology and cloud solutions and a company that supports the top technology brands. The momentum is still going strong as Ingram Micro steps up its attempts to restructure its business and go digital, and the Manila site is essential to its persistent expansion.

Additionally, in the first week of July, the Manila center hosted a 4-day Career Carnival recruitment event at The Peninsula Hotel in Makati City. More than 1,000 applicants came to the festival's recruitment fair from all across the Greater Manila region and nearby provinces.
