Xiaomi 12T is now official with Dimensity 8100-Ultra and 108MP camera!

Earlier we mentioned the Xiaomi 12T series today, one of them will be the vanilla model which boasts a 108MP camera and MediaTek chip.

Xiaomi 12T is now official!

Coming to the design, it's not very far from its predecessor which is the 11T series. Its rear cover has a simple matte finish with similar positioning to the camera island. The phone arrives in Black, Blue, and Silver colorways as well.

The three color options

When it comes to the display, it uses a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED display with 1220 x 2712 resolution. It also has a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and HDR10+ support.

Inside, the phone is powered by 5nm 2.85GHz MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra with Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. It is paired with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and two storage options of either 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1.

Its battery has a 5,000mAh capacity which charges using USB-C 120W fast charger. Xiaomi claims it can be full in just 19 minutes.

For cameras, the Xiaomi 12T uses 108MP  Samsung ISOCELL HM6 1.1.67 sensor size, f/1.7 aperture for the main. It is followed by an 8MP f/2.4 ultrawide angle camera and a 2MP f/2.4 macro helper. While for selfie shooting, it has 20MP f/2.24.

Other features noted were dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support and an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.

The phone connects using 5G, 4G, dual-band WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and GPS.

For its software, the phone runs using Android 12 with MIUI 13 skin on top.
