MediaTek Dimensity 9200 now official, will start to rollout by end of 2022!

Here are its features!
Here are its features!

The MediaTek Dimensity 9200 is the first SoC to use the 2nd Gen TMSC 4nm process. This promises better heat management and a 25 percent lower CPU peak performance power consumption compared to its last generation.

It features 8 cores with 1x 3.05GHz ARM Cortex-X3 prime core, 3x 2.85GHz Cortex-A715 performance core, and 4x 1.8GHz Cortex-A510 power efficient cores. It also has the 11-core Immortalis-G715 GPU with a 32 percent performance improvement, hardware-based ray tracing engine, and variable rate rendering technology. MediaTek boasts that the Dimensity 9200 reached 1.26 million points on AnTuTu.

The SoC will also support MediaTek HyperEngine 6.0 gaming technology for improved performance. It will also support LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage with Multi-Circular Queue. The MCQ allows the Cortex-A510 cores direct access to storage for improved multi-threaded performance.

The AI Processing Unite will also provide 35 percent faster performance. The MediaTek Imagiq 890 can take raw photos directly from the sensor, enabling your AI camera to operate more quickly and for longer periods of time on a single charge.

It is the first semiconductor in the entire world to support a native RGBW sensor. This chip is the first to natively support RGBW sensors, which increases their light sensitivity by 30 percent and increases their power efficiency by 34 percent. Pictures taken with HDR and in low light are brighter, clearer, and have noticeably more detail.

For displays, it can support FHD+ up to 240Hz and WQHD+ up to 144Hz. It can also do 5K resolution up to 60Hz. Adaptive Refresh Rate will also be supported. The chipset's MediaTek MiraVision 890 display technology brings content to life with support for high-end gaming displays, stunning resolution, and expanded foldable designs.

In each image, MediaTek AI Region PQ recognizes regions, objects, and scenes. It then applies a few enhancements, including as AI-Color, blur mitigation, and tracking bokeh, to still images, moving pictures, and photographs of many people at once.

The MediaTek Smart BluLight Defender offers a comfortable viewing experience while also extending battery life and automatically upgrading streaming video to the display's native resolution and framerate.

Lastly, it will support WiFi 7 which can support up to 6.5Gbps speeds. It uses a built-in 5G modem with AI for faster network searching. By seamlessly transitioning between long-range sub-6GHz and extremely fast mmWave connections at the same time, it also provides seamless 5G experiences. The coexistence of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE audio, and wireless peripherals like gamepads is made possible by MediaTek's Bluetooth 5.3 and coexistence technology.

The chipset's dual antenna technology also dynamically alternates between ultra-low power and high-performance antennas based on the needs of the user at the moment.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9200 will be available by end of 2022. The first to feature the new SoC is the vivo X90 series.
