First up, we have the Acer Halo Swing. It is a portable smart speaker with stylish RGB lighting. The RGB lights respond to the beat of the music you are listening to. It also has a LED dot display panel that can display notifications, calendars, time, and more. The Acer Halo app can help you customize the remade message or image shown on the screen as well.

It is compatible with Google Assistant for more extra features such as setting alarms and controlling other smart devices. It also has a 360-degree speaker so that you can get good room coverage and get your party started. It can also be paired with multiple devices and can be daisy-chained with other speakers for a surround sound experience.

It also has a removable USB-C charging dock, a detachable leather strap, IPX5 water resistance, and up to 10 hours of battery life.

Next, the Acer eKinekt BD 3 bike desk allows you to complete your fitness New Year's resolution. The bike desk is exactly what the name implies. It allows you to work and exercise at the same time. In addition, the energy you spent pedaling is converted to electricity powerful enough to charge your other devices.

According to Acer, cycling for an hour at a rather moderate pace of 60 RPM can produce up to 75 watts of power. If you convert that to kilowatt-hours and enter it into the EPA's Greenhouse Gas Equivalencies Calculator, you might reduce emissions by walking 0.132 kilometers in place of driving a gas-powered automobile.

It also has 2x USB-A ports and 1x USB-C port that you can use to charge your other devices. It also has 2 modes namely Working and Sports mode. This allows you to move the desk part allowing you to either to sit upright to work or lean forward for a more aggressive cycling posture.

For those who want to know how long they've been cycling, how many calories they've burned, and how many watts they've created, it also comes with a smartphone app.

International price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

Acer Halo Swing smart speaker - USD 229 (around PHP 13K)
Acer eKinekt BD 3 bike desk - USD 999 (around PHP 56K)

The Acer eKinect BD3 bike desk will start to be available in April while the Acer Halo Swing's availability is yet to be confirmed.

What do you guys think?
