Infinix reveals world's 1st 3D Lighting Leather technology!

Infinix revealed an interesting 3D lighting technology on leathers which will be used in an upcoming smartphone.

Infinix 3D Lighting Leather technology unveiled!

The Transsion-owned brand has paired RGB LED lights with translucent thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) leather on the edges of the cover.

How it is built

This creative design has four layers, with the bottom layer being an LED Light Guide Film (LFG), which is encased in lightproof paint to improve transmission. The middle part features transparent fiberglass allowing the LEDs to shine through the translucent TPU leather. Infinix intends to use the new innovation together with sound effects for dynamic notifications and alerts for various apps.

The said 3D Light Leather technology is tipped to make its appearance on the exclusive Infinix Note 30 VIP special edition that will arrive this September.
