Hong Kong superstar Jackie Chan spotted buying a HUAWEI Mate 60 phone!

Hong Kong superstar actor Jackie Chan recently visited a HUAWEI store to purchase a new Mate 60 Series smartphone, a report says.

In particular, the 69-year-old legend was seen by netizens in a HUAWEI Store in Chongzhou, China wearing casual clothes, glasses, and a face mask. The netizen claimed that the Rush Hour actor bought a new HUAWEI Mate 60 Series smartphone, but the exact model hasn't been specified.

The report also said that Jackie Chan has always been a loyal HUAWEI user starting from the HUAWEI P9, each generation of the Mate Series, and has repeatedly expressed his love for the company's devices in public.

To recap, the HUAWEI Mate 60 Series consists of 3 models—the Mate 60, Mate 60 Pro, and the newly announced Mate 60 Pro+. All three models consist of XMAGE-enhanced cameras, satellite calling capabilities in China, and the new Kirin 9000s processor—the company's first homegrown chip with 5G after the US ban.

In China, the Mate 60 phones are said to be selling like hotcakes.

Based on our quick chat with HUAWEI PH officials yesterday, there is still no word if the company will release these phones to the Philippine market.
