How to access PhilHealth via eGovPH app

The government has made PhilHealth services more accessible for Filipinos with its addition to the eGovPH platform. With this update, users can easily track their contributions.

Our integration to the eGov (PH) app is a testament to our commitment to delivering strategic nationwide digitalization, PhilHealth president and chief executive officer Emmanuel Ledesma said during a recent event.

This integration is not just about technology, it is about transforming lives by enhancing the ease of access to government services provided by these current agencies, he added.

Upon trying it out, we were able to view our monthly PhilHealth contributions through the app. It also displayed updated information.

To access PhilHealth through eGovPH, you first have to have your own account.

Here’s how to create one:

1. Enter your number or email

2. Enter the OTP

3. Create an MPIN then re-enter it.


After this, proceed to verifying your account:

1. Go to verification then fill out the details needed.

2. Make sure all your details are correct before proceeding.

3. Take a live selfie.

4. You can add a signature but you can also skip this step.

5. The screen will then show that your e-mail has been verified.

The PhilHealth feature can be accessed here:

To use PhilHealth:

1. Tap the "Continue to my account" or "Profile" below to view your account.

2. To check your contributions, tap the "Contributions" tab below.

Users can also monitor their claims and even access Konsulta services through the platform.

When we tried accessing the service, there were times it went into error or logged out so just be patient. To log in:

1. Enter your phone number

2. Enter the OTP that will be sent to you

3. Enter your MPIN

Prior to this, a number of government services have been made available on the eGovPH app. This includes the digital National ID which is beneficial for those who have yet to receive their physical card.
