PSA online Birth Certificate application service

The PSA website is accessible through a laptop or mobile device.

According to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), it is a user-friendly platform to easily acquire PSA certificates quickly and have them securely delivered to your location.

The website is accessible through a laptop or mobile device, Android, iOS, or Windows.

Through its new website, Filipinos can request the PSA certificate needed and make secure payments through accredited payment channels. Then, those who ordered can conveniently track the transaction with ease.

Once processed, PSA said that the certificate ordered will arrive at your home or office address.

This service offers greater convenience as it does not require you to secure a PSA online appointment.

How to order a PSA Certificate online?

1. Simply head to the https://psahelpline.ph using your laptop or mobile phone.
2. Request for a copy of a PSA birth, marriage, death, or Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR).
3. Users can pay through any of the PSAHelpline's accredited payment channels online or over the counter.

The delivery options

Applicants may select pick-up points such as  National Book Store and Robinsons Department Store branches or at their doorsteps nationwide.

Metro Manila residents can receive their PSA certificates the day after it is released.

Provincial orders may take 3 to 8 business days to be delivered.

Authorized Recipient Feature

To ensure the documents are received only by the rightful recipient (owner or authorized requesters), strict handover protocols are in place

If the certificate owner or authorized requester cannot personally receive the ordered PSA certificate, they can assign a trusted adult household member as their Authorized Recipient.

This individual must be of legal age and possess a valid government-issued ID, must reside at the same address as the requesting party, and be available to personally collect the certificate from the PSAHelpline courier on the scheduled delivery date.

The Authorized Recipient cannot delegate this responsibility to unauthorized third parties.

To recap, PSA certificates are essential documents that verify a person's identity, citizenship, and lineage. These vital records include a PSA birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate, and CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage).

These are frequently required for government transactions, DFA new passport applications, obtaining IDs, PRC exams, wedding preparations, enrolling in school, travel requirements, legal proceedings, and many more.
