OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra launched: Dimensity 9400+, 50MP Sony IMX906, 6,700mAh battery

After the OnePlus Ace 5 Series last December 2024, the brand now adds an Ultra variant.

The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra boasts a sleek and premium design with curved edges and a polished finish, ensuring a comfortable grip. Customers can choose from three color options: Black, Blue, and Titanium, catering to a variety of style preferences.

The device features a large 6.83-inch curved OLED display with 1.5K 2800 x 1272 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 300Hz touch sampling rate. It also supports HDR10+, covering 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and reaches up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness.

The features of the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra

Inside, the phone uses a 3.73GHz 3nm Dimensity 9400+ octa-core processor with Immortalis G925 GPU. It is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB to 1TB storage options.

The phone sports a large 6,700mAh dual-cell battery, while 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging allows for quick top-ups. The device also carries TÜV Rheinland certification for safe and efficient charging.

In terms of camera setup, it includes a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor with OIS + 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 120-degree field of view. A the front, it uses a 16MP Samsung sensor for selfies and video calls.

Additional features include an alert slider and stereo speakers for an enhanced listening experience.

Connectivity options include dual 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and dual SIM support.

The device runs on Color OS 15, offering a smooth interface with Dark Mode 2.0 and support for over 20 languages.

The phones are now available for sale in China. No word yet for other markets at the moment.
