HONOR Pad GT 2 Pro launched: Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 165Hz 12.5-inch OLED, 10,100mAh battery

Apart from the HONOR X70, the brand also introduced a new tablet called the HONOR Pad GT 2 Pro.

HONOR  has introduced multiple new products at a launch event in China, including the Honor X70 smartphone with an 8,300mAh battery, the Earbuds A Pro, and the MagicBook X Plus laptop series. Among the highlights is the Honor Pad GT 2 Pro, a gaming-focused tablet with flagship-tier specifications.

The tablet comes in two color options: Ice Crystal White and Phantom Gray. It weighs 532 grams and has a slim profile at just 5.99mm thick.

The features

The Pad GT 2 Pro features a 12.5-inch OLED display with a 3K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate, optimized for smooth visuals in high-frame-rate gaming.

Powered by the 3.4GHz 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 8-core chipset. It offers up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. HONOR's "Phantom Engine" further enhances GPU performance for demanding games like CrossFire: Gunfight King, which can run at 165fps natively.

The device is equipped with a 10,100mAh battery supporting 66W fast charging.

The tablet includes an advanced cooling system with a graphene layer for improved heat dissipation. It also features an 8-speaker setup with IMAX-certified spatial audio and supports stylus and keyboard accessories.

Unfortunately, the details about the camera specifications and connectivity, and Operating System have not yet been disclosed.
