Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra launched in PH: 14.6-inch screen, MediaTek flagship chip, PHP 85,990 starting price

South Korean tech firm Samsung today launched its newest premium tablets, which include the top-of-the-line Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra.

The device boasts an Armor AL slim body with an IP68 rating and a large 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with anti-reflection coating, 120Hz refresh rate, sharp 2960 x 1848 resolution at 239 ppi, and an In-Display fingerprint reader.

Under the hood, it runs on the powerful 3.7GHz 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ octa-core processor paired with the Immortalis-G925 MC12 GPU, backed by 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

According to Samsung, its new chip delivers a performance boost of 24 percent in CPU, 27 percent in GPU, and 33 percent in NPU compared to the previous generation.

Powering the device is a large 11,600mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging. 

For imaging, it features a dual rear setup with a 13MP main and 8MP ultra-wide shooter, while the front packs a 12MP ultra-wide selfie camera. 

The device also comes with a redesigned S Pen with a new cone-shaped pen tip for better angles and control, and upgraded DeX for improved multitasking and "seamless" workflows in a sleek and portable form factor.

It also has the new Extended Mode on Dex, which can make the Galaxy Tab S11 and an external monitor have a "seamless" dual-screen setup.

Moreover, the device has Quick Tools and Sticky Note.

For AI, it comes with Gemini Live, which users can access by pressing and holding the side button, Drawing Assist, Writing Assist, and Circle to Search.

The device runs with Android 16 OS with One UI 8.0 skin out of the box.

Meanwhile, One UI 8 will expand to other previous generations of Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy Tab S10 Series, in October.
