Xiaomi has opened a new exclusive service center in Iloilo City, expanding its after-sales network in the Philippines.

The facility is located at GF Units 03 and 04, Madrid Building, Plazuela de Iloilo, B.S. Aquino Avenue, Mandurriao.

The center provides technical support and after-sales services for Xiaomi devices, giving users in the region direct access to the company's service network.

Warranty Coverage

• The service center follows Xiaomi's standard warranty and replacement policies:
• Smartphones: 1-year warranty with a 7-day replacement period.
• Accessories: 6-month warranty for adapters and in-box accessories.
• Xiaomi TV: 2-year warranty for the main unit; 6 months for accessories such as the remote control and base, with a 7-day replacement period.
• Eco Products and AIoT devices:
• Sweeping robots and vacuum cleaners: 1-year warranty for main parts, 6 months for accessories.
• Monitors: 3-year warranty.
• Smartwatches, fitness bands, air purifiers, and earphones: 1-year warranty.

Consumable and cosmetic accessories are not covered under the standard warranty.

Service center network

The Iloilo branch brings Xiaomi's total number of Exclusive Service Centers in the Philippines to nine, with locations in Davao, Lipa, Dagupan, Pampanga, Quezon City, Cebu, Taguig-BGC, and Manila. The company also operates Authorized Service Centers in Quezon Province, Bulacan, Albay, and Pasig.
