TECNO CAMON Slim 5G recap

The phone’s standout feature is its ultra‑slim profile, housed in a sleek flat aluminum frame with a fingerprint‑resistant frosted finish, measuring just 6.39 mm and weighing 190 grams.

Left, right

It comes in Burgundy Red, Gossamer White, Matisse Black, and Rebel Pink.

The CAMON retains its signature two‑tone finish in Burgundy Red, blending darker and lighter shades.

The device also offers IP68/69/69K dust and water resistance—the highest level yet on a smartphone—for added protection.

The display

Up front, it features a 6.78‑inch ProXDR Eye‑care Display with up to a 144Hz refresh rate and a top‑center punch‑hole selfie camera. The panel reaches up to 4,500 nits brightness and includes Rain Touch coating, keeping the screen responsive even when wet.

Slim, symmetrical bezels enhance its premium look and immersive feel.

On the left, a textured AI key provides quick access to the Ella AI assistant, while the right side houses the power button and volume rocker.

Inside, the unit runs on a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor—delivering smooth everyday performance while being more power‑efficient than previous MTK 5G chips.

It is paired with 8GB RAM, expandable to 16GB via Extended RAM, 256GB of internal storage, and a 6,000mAh battery supported by a 45W fast charger—remarkable for a phone this slim.

Slight camera hump

In the camera department, the CAMON Slim 5G features a 50MP f/1.9 Sony LYT‑700C main sensor with PDAF and OIS, paired with an 8MP f/2.2 ultra‑wide lens and LED flash, enhanced by FlashSnap, while the front houses a 50MP autofocus selfie camera.

The device ships with Android 16 and promises 5 years of support, including 3 major Android system updates. As expected, it comes with TECNO AI boasting plenty of productivity and fun AI tools.
