Galaxy J is now Galaxy A

Samsung replaces Galaxy J series with Galaxy A. It simply means that Galaxy A will be the company's new affordable mobile phone line.

In a video posted on YouTube, Samsung said that the Galaxy A line will feature AMOLED Infinity screens, bigger batteries, fast charging capabilities, multi-lens cameras, and on-screen fingerprint scanner.

Here in the Philippines, Samsung has two new Galaxy A phones, A30 and A50. Both are packed with attractive designs, specs, and cameras for the price.

This new strategy by Samsung could be the company's way of maintaining their lead as the top mobile maker in the world over the Chinese brands such as Huawei and Xiaomi.

Aside from Galaxy A, Samsung also has the Galaxy M line designed for emerging markets like the Philippines. Most are ultra-affordable phones for emerging markets like the Philippines. that you can get online.

Not all countries might get the Galaxy M though. So for the rest of the world, Galaxy A is now the company's new budget phone line.
