COD: Warzone mobile confirmed!

The big news came in after the developers posted it on their Twitter page today. They said that the game is currently in the works and that they will be creating an all-new Triple-A mobile experience for players with thrilling, fluid, and large-scale battles.

We are creating an all-new, AAA mobile experience that will bring the thrilling, fluid, and large-scale action of Call of Duty: Warzone to players on the go, said Activision

To recap the Call of Duty Warzone is a popular AAA title that was released back in 2020. It gained momentum during the early days of the pandemic and it brought amazing graphics with innovative aspects in a free-to-play battle royale.

The post on Call of Duty's website also displayed multiple job openings for the said game which means that it is still on the earliest stage and we may not see it for some time.

From production roles to engineering, design, art, marketing, and more, we’re looking for game-makers, passionate fans, and genuinely awesome people to join our diverse team, inspired to deliver the next world-class mobile gaming experience to fans, added by the developers

For now, this will be the second time the Call of Duty franchise comes to mobile after the COD: Mobile has seen commendable success since its launch back in October 2019. The publishers did not mention cross-platform play between PC and Consoles as well, it might seem unfair too due to limited controls of smartphones.

The Warzone mobile will also be entering a competitive area since there's the newly released Apex Legends on Android and iOS and the upcoming mobile version of Valorant from Riot Games and EA's Battlefield.

What do you guys think? Who's excited about the upcoming games?
