LG Ultra PC 17, 16 with 12th Gen Intel, AMD Ryzen 5000, RTX 3050 now official

LG just announced the 2022 Ultra PC Premium Laptop series. There is a 16-inch and 17-inch variant with 12th Gen Intel, AMD Ryzen 5000, and RTX 3050.

LG Ultra PC 17 and 16 are now official

The LG Ultra PC 17 features a 17-inch IPS anti-glare screen with 2560 x 1600 WQXGA resolution and 99 percent DCI-P3 color coverage. Inside, it features a 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 mobile GPU, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, and an 80Whr battery.

The LG Ultra PC 16 features a 16-inch IPS anti-glare screen 1920 x 1200 resolution and 99 percent DCI P3 color coverage. It also has an AMD Ryzen 5825U processor, Radeon Vega graphics, 16GB LPDDR4 RAM, up to 1TB NVMe SSD, and a 72Whr battery.

In 2022, LG Ultra PC notebooks will come with LG Glance by Mirametrix, an AI-based convenience, and security program. If the user moves away, LG Glance by Mirametrix locks the screen. If someone is peeking, it warns the person and blurs the screen. The mouse cursor and open window move to the additional monitor when it is connected. Both will also feature 2x 1.5W stereo speakers.

LG Ultra PC 16 - USD 1,299 (around PHP 75K)

LG Ultra PC 17 - USD 1,599 (around PHP 92K)

Both are available in the US via the LG website as well as LG stores. Local pricing and availability are yet to be confirmed. We will update you as soon as we get more information.
