The top 7 phones in the list are all powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip based on the 4nm manufacturing process. This is the chip with 1x Cortex-X3 Kryo Prime core clocked at 3.19GHz, 2x Cortex A715 Performance cores at 2.8GHz, 2x Cortex A710 Performance cores at 2.8GHz, and 3x Kryo Efficiency cores at 2.0GHz.
All of the Samsung Galaxy S23 phones have the overclocked version of the SD8G2 at 3.36GHz, but they failed to make it to the very top.
The only MTK chip in the list is the Dimensity 9000+. Note that this is not the current flagship chip of the company. It is the Dimensity 9200, but it is yet to escape China, a probable reason why it is not yet included in the list.
