Futuristic pricey Apple Vision Pro unveiled!

First, let's talk about the design, it comes with an all-glass curved material at the front and a somewhat a bean shape form factor.

The main highlight will be its 23 million pixels on the custom micro-OLED screen per eye which Apple claims are more than what a 4K resolution TV produces. Plus the specially designed three-element lens will create an immersive 3D viewing experience with a wide color gamut and high dynamic range.

For users with vision correction, the brand included Zeiss Optical Inserts to ensure visual fidelity and eye-tracking accuracy.

Inside the Spatial Computer, it is using a custom Apple M2 chip with dual-core and it is accompanied by a brand new R1 chip that processes input from 12 cameras, 5 sensors, and 6 microphones ensuring that content will always appear before your eyes. Apple noted that it streams images to the displays in 12ms, making it 8 times faster than the blink of an eye.

The brand says the device can last up to 2 hours using a high-performance custom portable battery, while you may use it nonstop when plugged into the wall.

The headset can also be unlocked with your retina via the Optic ID, a brand-new authentication system with next-level security by analyzing your iris.

Another notable feature is EyeSight which reveals your eyes and allows those nearby to know you're using apps or watching. Simultaneously, the headset lets you see the person and reveals your eyes to them.

There's also the visionOS UI, which allows the user to control the device with their eyes, hands, and voice and no physical controls or whatnot. Simply navigate through the app by pointing your gaze at them, tapping your fingers to select flicking your wrist to scroll, or using voice to dictate.

Apple also made a new App Store for the visions, this lets users gain access to numerous apps including FaceTime that which life-size tiles, and spatial audio that lets you hear the calls based on their position.

During a call, users wearing the Vision Pro are mirrored as a "Persona," which is a digital representation of oneself built using Apple's most advanced machine learning capabilities, mirroring real-time face and hand movements. You can watch a movie together, look through images, or work on a presentation together.

The 3D interface of visionOS enables apps to appear side by side at any size. Additionally, Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad are supported, allowing you to set up a workspace and wirelessly connect your Mac to the Vision Pro.

Apple Vision Pro - USD 3,499 (around PHP 196.5K)

The device will become available in the US first in early 2024 and then will proceed to be available in other countries in the same year.
