The Facebook page of Quiboloy-led SMNI News is currently unavailable.

Another strike!

The Facebook account of the SMNI News, the broadcasting arm of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy’s megachurch The Kingdom of Jesus Christ, was taken down.

Searching for the page on the Facebook app and site will show no results.

Following this development, former National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict spokesman Lorraine Badoy has said SMNI has opened a backup account.

Meta has yet to provide a statement as to why the page was taken down.

Prior to this, several social media accounts related to Quiboloy were made unavailable, like SMNI's YouTube channel, as well as the megachurch leader’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

Quiboloy is on the most wanted list of the US FBI since February 2022. This was for alleged sex trafficking, fraud, coercion, and bulk cash smuggling charges.

The FBI said he is wanted for "his alleged participation in a labor trafficking scheme that brought church members to the United States, via fraudulently obtained visas, and forced the members to solicit donations for a bogus charity, donations that actually were used to finance church operations and the lavish lifestyles of its leaders."
