Myrtle Sarrosa is TECNO's new "CGO" for POVA 6 Pro 5G—will launch in PH on March 10
More than a week after revealing the POVA 6 Pro 5G at the MWC 2024 in Barcelona, Spain, TECNO announced its official PH launch date.

Myrtle for TECNO POVA 6 Pro 5G!
In particular, the new TECNO POVA 6 Pro 5G will go official in the Philippines on March 10, 2024.
To further highlight its gaming capabilities, the company also announced yesterday that they have tapped Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 4 Big Winner, actress, otaku, popular cosplayer, and gamer Myrtle Sarrosa as its new "CGO or Chief Gaming Officer" for POVA 6 Pro 5G.

As a quick recap, POVA 6 Pro 5G is the company's newest entry-level gaming-focused smartphone jam-packed with an array of promising features and specs.
The device highlights a super-slim 7.88mm body with a cool-looking Dynamic-Light Mini LED Effect and a high-quality 6.78-inch flat AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and an In-Display fingerprint reader.

Under the hood, it is packed with a 2.4GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6080 octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 12GB RAM, 256GB expandable internal storage, and a 6,000mAh battery with fast USB-C 70W Ultra Charge with Bypass Charge support.
For cameras, TECNO also made sure that the phone will be able to take decent photos. It uses a 108MP f/1.89 + 2MP f/2.4 depth + AI Cam + LED flash at the back and a 32MP f/2.2 + Dual-tone LED Flash in front for selfies.
Other key features of the device include the POVA SuperCooled System, stereo speaker setup, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio certification, dual-band WiFi, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, and dual SIM slots.
