The Global vivo X300 features an IP68/69 dust and water resistance body, a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 4.21GHz 3nm Dimensity 9500 octa-core processor paired with an ARM G1-Ultra GPU, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB of high-speed UFS 4.1 storage.

Based on the listing, the battery is 6,040mAh, bigger than the 5,360mAh of the Global version announced in Europe recently. It is paired with a USB-C 90W FlashCharge tech and 40W wireless charging.

The main highlight of the phone is that it uses a 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor with OIS and ZEISS T* coating, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP Sony LYT 3x telephoto camera with telemacro capabilities, and a sharp 50MP front-facing camera. Meanwhile, the Global vivo X300 Pro boasts a premium design available in Celestial Black and Pearl White, complemented by an IP68/69 rating for water and dust resistance.

It features a 6.78-inch LTPO 1.5K AMOLED display with a smooth 1-120Hz refresh rate and durable Armor Glass protection.

Inside, it is powered by the 4.21GHz 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset paired with an ARM G1-Ultra GPU, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB of fast UFS 4.1 storage.

The listing showed that it uses the 6,510mAh BlueVolt Battery instead of the smaller 5,440mAh battery in Europe. It also supports 90W USB-C FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging.

Photography is a standout with a triple rear camera setup: a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS and ZEISS T* coating, a 50MP ultra-wide lens also with ZEISS T* coating, and a powerful 200MP Samsung HBP OIS 3.5x telephoto lens featuring the same ZEISS optics.

Enhancing imaging capabilities is the V3+ Imaging chipset, and it is compatible with the ZEISS Camera Kit.

Both run Android 16 OS layered with vivo’s OriginOS 6, offering a refined and feature-rich user experience.
