DxO said,
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra has secured itself a position among the top part of the DXOMARK camera ranking. The camera benefitted especially from its remarkable results in the zoom category. Xiaomi 13 Ultra did especially well in low light, with excellent exposure and color rendering, and is among the best devices for this light condition. Compared to its predecessor, the 13 Ultra also produced a significant improvement in video color and video autofocus.
It also produces excellent and consistent image quality at all zoom distances, has good performance in low light, and can render sharp subjects even when in motion.
However, there is a delay between shutter and capture, oversaturated colors in outdoor conditions, a halo effect sometimes in outdoor shots, and white balance and exposure issues, among others.
To recap, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra has a 50MP f/1.9-4.0 primary camera with a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor, variable aperture, and HyperOIS, a 50MP f/2.2 122-degree ultra-wide-angle camera with Sony IMX858 sensor, a 50MP f/1.8 3.2x optical telephoto camera (75mm equivalent focal length) with OIS, and a 50MP f/3.0 10x optical periscope telephoto camera with Sony IMX858 sensor, OIS, 120x digital zoom, and LED flash.
