MWC 2025: TECNO flaunts futuristic AI innovations, ecosystem (CAMON 40 Series, laptops, glasses, and more)

Popular mobile manufacturer TECNO showcases its latest AI innovations at the ongoing MWC 2025 mobile technology convention in Barcelona, Spain.

TECNO's vision of AI in 2025

From March 3 to 6, 2025, anyone can visit TECNO at Booth 6B11, Hall 6, Fira Gran Via to see a demo of its newest CAMON 40 AI camera phone line, next-generation AI laptops, AI glasses, AI earphones, AI smartwatches, and plenty of conceptual future technology with a theme dubbed as "Create the AI Future".

Attendees can also experience how the interconnected ecosystem empowered by TECNO AI delivers comprehensive, customized AI experiences that cover all user scenarios. Visitors can also enjoy the TECNO AI One-Click Old Photo Restoration on the interactive AI screen at the booth, which brings old photos back to life, restores low-res scenery shots, and transforms static portraits into vibrant, interactive animations.

TECNO CAMON 40 Premier 5G

One of the highlights of the showcase of the event is the new CAMON 40 Series with innovative imaging features like the One-Tap FlashSnap dynamic image capture motion for high-quality photographs with great details and clarity of fast moving subjects and TECNO AI functions with improved efficiency and convenience in daily life.

TECNO also showcased its other previously released smartphones including the SPARK 30 Series Transformers Edition, PHANTOM V2 Flip 5G, PHANTOM V2 Fold 5G

TECNO AI Glasses Series and MEGABOOK S14

TECNO AI Glasses Pro featuring Adam of NoypiGeeks

TECNO is also showcasing its very own AI Glasses Series boasting stylish designs with smart functions to match.

The company claims that the AI Glasses brings smartphone-grade imaging to AI Glasses with the industry's most advanced AI Glasses image capture. 

Meanwhile, the AI Glasses Pro features an innovative AR Display.

TECNO also has the latest MEGABOOK S14 laptop promising to be the lightest 14-inch laptop with a 2.8K OLED display. It comes with TECNO AI-enchanced functions like the Ella AI Voice Assistant designed to elevate on-the-go productivity, creativity, and efficiency.

TECNO also showcases the MEGABOOK K15S and MEGABOOK T14 Air as well as new wearables like the True 2 earbuds and TECNO Watch GT 1 with TECNO AI functions.

Futuristic concepts and innovations

This is the TECNO SPARK Slim

At the booth, TECNO also showcased the new SPARK Slim ultra-thin concept smartphone claiming to be the slimmest device with 5,000mAh+ battery. The company said that this ensures sleekness without compromising on powerful performance.

PHANTOM Ultimate 2 design

Booth visitors will also see the highly interesting TECNO PHANTOM Ultimate 2 concept smartphone, one of the very few phones in the world with a tri-fold display design. This device can transform from a 6.43-inch phone to a 10-inch regular-sized tablet.

The company also has the Starry Optical Fiber which combines ultra-fine optical fibers with mini-LED lights integrated to a smartphone battery cover to produce a sparkling starry effect. The TECNO PHANTOM V Fold2 5G Space Expedition Version, the first foldable smartphone with satellite communication and made with a Moondust Fiber Material, has the Starry Optical Fiber tech.

Tap Any Zoom Dual Prism Telephoto concept phone

TECNO also demonstrates the EVS Dynamic Snapshot designed to capture subjects in motion and the Tap Any Zoom Dual Prism Telephoto solution for enhanced long-range shooting.

Spectra Vision Camera and Universal Tone demo

TECNO also updated its promising Universal Tone Technology. It now features an upgraded color card now featuring 372 patches and enhancements to the Multi-Skin Tone Color Restoration Engine, allowing even more accurate representations of humanity's diverse skin tones.

TECNO MEGA Mini Gaming G1 PC

The TIME Best Inventions of 2024-listed TECNO Pocket Go, the industry’s first combined AR glasses and Windows gaming handheld set together with the MEGA Mini Gaming G1 PC and the Dynamic 1 robotic dog are also available for attendees to experience first-hand on the booth.

During the showcase, the company highlighted its very own AI Ecosystem, which includes the CAMON 40 Series and the MEGABOOK S14 laptop. TECNO AI Glasses Series, and many more. These devices are on display at the TECNO booth, allowing event attendees to experience how the devices interact with each other and how their customized AI experiences cover different user scenarios.
