Infinix Philippines told team GIZGUIDE that the new super-slim budget phones will get 5 years of software support. In particular, the phones will receive 3 major OS upgrades and 5 years of security patches.

If the company fulfills this promise, the Infinix HOT 60 Pro and Pro+, which currently run on Android 15, will be updated to Android 16, Android 17, and Android 18.
Meanwhile, it will get security updates until 2030. These updates are crucial for maintaining the safety of your personal data and more on your phones. These updates provide vulnerabilities, address bugs, and improve overall device security.
Apart from security updates, Infinix said that the HOT 60 Pro+ has IP65 of dust and water resistance as well as 1.5 meters of directional drop resistance even with a curved display.
